ShipQuik Program

Fast and reliable product delivery is a key driver of customer satisfaction for online shoppers — and a universal challenge for retailers. GSI's proprietary package-delivery program, ShipQuik^SM, meets this challenge while minimizing shipping costs — dramatically improving the online consumer experience.

ShipQuik is designed to reduce delivery time from order placement to product delivery. GSI partners with UPS to operate this comprehensive program, under which GSI presorts parcels by customer zip code and ships directly to the UPS Customer Destination Hub, bypassing additional handling. This capability brings even greater value during fourth quarter peaks when increased volume enables direct shipments to a greater number of locations, bringing a faster delivery window to a significant percentage of customers.

Today, our clients are able to use the ShipQuik program for nearly 90 percent of the total volume processed within our fulfillment centers.
