Personalization
GSI’s personalization portfolio enables you to deliver the right content at the right time to consumers. Personalized content can be delivered based on either explicit input from the consumer (e.g., account preferences or responses to Web site queries) or based on data gathered through tracking customer behavior. For example, GSI provides personalized product recommendations that are generated dynamically based on consumers’ shopping behavior, as well as contextual and third-party data.
GSI’s personalization portfolio includes custom configuration tools that offer "Build Your Own" functionality.
