Chicago Bears Win Super Bowl “Click-Off” --- NFL’s Direct-to-Consumer Sales Partner Notes That Key Players in the Super Bowl are Also Among Top Sellers in Jersey Sales

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Jan. 30, 2007 – GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC), the National Football League’s partner in managing and operating NFL Shop, which includes the league’s e-commerce site located at www.NFLShop.com and the NFL’s official catalog, noted today that the Chicago Bears led the league in direct-to-consumer jersey sales in 2006, selling more than any other NFL team, including their Super Bowl counterparts, the Indianapolis Colts, who also ranked among the top 10 in sales.

“In what was a record-setting year for NFLShop.com in sales, the Chicago Bears have been solidly in first place in online sales throughout the season,” explained Bob Liewald, executive vice president of merchandising for GSI Commerce.

As is the case in on-field performance, star players can often carry a team to victory. In the case of the Chicago Bears, linebacker Brian Urlacher and quarterback Rex Grossman led a banner year for their team’s online sales performance. Urlacher’s #54 jersey was the number two seller across the entire league in 2006. Indianapolis Colts’ quarterback Peyton Manning led his team in sales this season. League-wide, Dallas Cowboys’ quarterback, Tony Romo was the 2006 leader in direct-to-consumer NFL jersey sales.

GSI Commerce partners with the NFL to manage online sales through NFLShop.com, including authentic, replica and customized jerseys, hats, collectibles, tailgating products, DVDs and an assortment of other fan gear.

“Regardless of on-field performance, the amount of fan loyalty demonstrated through online sales of authentic jerseys and other merchandise is truly phenomenal,” said Liewald. “We are proud to have the opportunity to partner with the NFL’s direct-to-consumer business and continue to help satisfy fans’ passions for their team.”

GSI Commerce also provides marketing services for the NFLShop.com, including paid search, affiliate marketing, advertising with comparison shopping engines and email marketing. In addition, GSI Commerce manages the production and mailing of the NFL Shop catalog and merchandise sales for NFL direct response television promotions on a national and regional basis. In addition to the NFL, GSI Commerce provides e-commerce solutions for Major League Baseball, the National Hockey League and NASCAR.
