GSI Commerce Client Casual Male Retail Group to Discuss International Expansion at eTail West

Event to also Feature Fiona Dias, GSI EVP and E-Commerce Expert

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Feb. 23, 2009 – GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC), a leading provider of e-commerce and multichannel solutions, today announced that Casual Male Retail Group, a men’s specialty retailer and GSI client, will present a keynote presentation, “International Means for Growth in the Current Retail Marketplace,” at 9:10 a.m., MST on February 24, 2009, during the eTail West Conference at the JW Marriott, Desert Ridge, Phoenix, AZ.

The presentation, given by Dennis Hernreich, executive vice president, chief operating officer, and chief financial officer of the Casual Male Retail Group, will include details on how the company partnered with GSI on the design, development and operations of 12 Web stores to serve Casual Male’s online customer base in six European countries.

Later in the day, e-commerce expert Fiona Dias, executive vice president of partner strategy and marketing for GSI, will participate in a panel discussion titled, “Effectively Allocating Demand Online and Offline to Create a Roadmap for Your Marketing Investment Strategies,” at 12:20 p.m., MST.  Panelists will address the changing investment mind-set in tough economic times that’s fueling marketing expenditures shifting from traditional marketing vehicles to online marketing channels like email, paid search, and social media.

Dias, a recognized leader in e-commerce and interactive marketing, is responsible for delivering industry insight, best practices and solutions to grow GSI’s clients’ businesses.  She is a veteran retailer and marketer, with prior senior management positions at Circuit City, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, and Pennzoil Quaker State Company.
