GSI Commerce to Participate in Two Investor Conferences in March

KING OF PRUSSIA, Pa., Feb. 27, 2007 – GSI Commerce Inc. (Nasdaq: GSIC) today announced that Michael Conn, the company’s chief financial officer, is scheduled to present at the Morgan Stanley Technology Conference to be held in San Francisco on Thurs., March 8, at 9:30 a.m. PST.  Conn is also scheduled to participate in Stifel Nicolaus & Company’s Fourth Annual Consumer Conference in New York on March 13. At this event, Conn will participate in a series of one-on-one and open forum meetings. He will not make a presentation.
